What time does school start and finish?

8:40am – 3:15pm

What time is the school office open?

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Who should I speak to if I have a concern?

Your child’s class teacher is the first point of contact. The office will support you if needed.

📅 Attendance & Absence

What should I do if my child is absent?

Contact the school by 9am on the first day of the school absence and leave a voicemail on the absence line (option 1) and thereafter update the school every day of the school absence by leaving a voicemail on the absence line (option 1). Please send evidence to attendance@farnhamgreen.org.uk. What happens if my child is late?

Persistent lateness will be followed up by the school. Please note the late gate closes at 8:50am, so kindly ensure your child is here before then, or otherwise they will be marked in late.

Can I take my child on holiday?

Holidays should not be taken in term time and you may incur a penalty notice.  If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact the attendance officer, Ms Ssemugumbe for further information at attendance@farnhamgreen.org.uk 

What if my child has an appointment?

Contact the school on 02085991206 and please send evidence to attendance@farnhamgreen.org.uk include your child's name, class, date, time and what time you will be picking up your child
