Our motto is ‘striving for excellence.’ We believe that every member of our school community whether pupil, staff, or leaders should aspire to be the very best that they can and that every day is the opportunity to be just that bit better than the day before.

We achieve this with an ‘every second counts’ culture; doing all that we can to make a difference to the lives of our children. We believe we are shaping the future.

Our vision and values are at the heart of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and our learning; they provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, aspiring, independent and happy citizens.

 We believe that children can develop responsibility, with, not only respect and understanding of each other, but genuine care; thus creating a safe, productive, empowering community. We believe that this will stand our children in good stead for the rest of their lives and help make them have a sense of belonging whilst also making them eminently employable.  We strive to ensure that our children will learn a great deal whilst they are with us, that they will have aspiration and self belief. We want them to be happy and to enjoy learning -  just as we do.
